Getting to Leiria

By car

For those travelling from the South (from Lisbon), the best way is to take the A1 motorway in the direction “Norte” (North) or the A8 motorway in the direction “Norte” (North) and take the first way out Leiria “Sul” (South).

For those travelling from the North (Porto), take the A1 motorway in the direction of Lisboa (Lisbon) and leave in the only way out “Leiria”. If you take the motorways A29 and A17, follow the direction “Sul” (South) and get out at the second exit to ” Leiria Sul” (South Leiria).

For those coming from the borders, follow the A23 motorway in the direction of Torres Novas, then take the A1 motorway in the direction “Norte” or, alternatively, take the motorway A25 towards Aveiro and then take the A1 motorway in the direction “Sul” (South).
