Objectives
The objective of the course is to improve the school leader´s performance in dealing with different conflict situations within their schools.
By the end of the course, participants will have a considerable understanding of what motivates people, their value system, strengths and weaknesses, and of what triggers conflict.
They will develop skills to build effective leadership practices to avoid and solve conflicts in order to better manage their schools.
